AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before using this site and booking your appointment with us.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and SUGARED & SPRAYED (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.sugaredandsprayed.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
BEFORE BOOKING YOUR S&S APPOINTMENT:
Ensure that you are in optimal health. If in doubt, please delay booking your appointment with us
Ensure that your household is in optimal health. If anyone in your household or you have come into contact with anyone who has displayed any flu like symptoms or COVID symptoms, please delay booking with us for at LEAST 14 days
Make sure you have adequate hair growth. Your hair growth should be at LEAST 1/16th -inch-long (approx. half the size of a rice grain or longer- 3 to 4 weeks growth). Should your hair be any shorter, please do not book your appointment as there are limited slots available
ONCE BOOKED:
Please fill in your new client consultation and health screening questionnaire to the best of your ability, no earlier than 24 hours prior to arriving for your appointment. This is to ensure we have the most up to date information about you. Please have this complete BEFORE attending your appointment. This information can be found in your confirmation email
Please do not direct message (DM) us on social media to inform us of your arrival, please send a text message ONLY. DMs are not always read in time which means we may not see your message. Please keep a lookout from a text from us 5/10 mins before your appointment
ARRIVING TO YOUR S&S APPOINTMENT:
Please arrive at your appointment alone. Friends, family, children and pets are not allowed to accompany you to your appointment. If you arrive with any guests, they will be turned away and your appointment could be at risk of being cancelled.
Arrive at your appointment no earlier than 10 minutes before your treatment time and notify us of your arrival by text. Unfortunately, we do not have a waiting area in our building so please arrive just on time
Before your treatment commences, we will go through your client consultation, and your health screening questionnaire to ensure the treatment is safe to go ahead.
AFTER YOUR S&S APPOINTMENT:
Payments: We no longer take cash payments. All payments can now be payable via card or through contactless payments using our card machine
Before leaving the studio, please sanitise your hands and avoid touching anything in the building on your way out
Please only book a treatment if you have sufficient hair growth (3/4 weeks, approx half the size of a rice grain). Please DO NOT book if you don’t, UNLESS it's for a different area/service. Double booking causes confusion and isn’t necessary. Should your S&S Tech feel you need to book in before your next monthly treatment, they will inform you
Please refrain from booking multiple bookings at once. If you would like to 'add' an additional service to your treatment, please check the add ons section when booking. If your required service is not visible, please email us at info@sugaredandsprayed.com.
After 24 hours, you will be emailed with your home care advice. Though during your treatment, your S&S Tech will verbally advise you of how to care for your newly sugared/tanned area
ADDITIONAL THINGS TO KNOW
Limited appointments and hygiene: Hygiene is a top priority within our studio, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, all appointment times have been increased to allow extra time for cleaning and sanitisation. This means daily appointment numbers are limited
Booking appointments: As of July 2021, appointments for the following month will be released on the 20th of each month at 9:00am. Appointments will be released first to those on our mailing list. To ensure that you have the best chance of booking an appointment with us, we recommend subscribing to our mailing list. You can join our mailing list at the bottom of this page
Rescheduling appointments: You may reschedule your appointment anytime up to 24 hours ahead of your appointment time. Should you try to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, the system will not allow you to reschedule. If you urgently need to reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment time, please email info@sugaredandsprayed.com (ONLY!), unfortunately after this time your appointment cannot be rescheduled.
Failure to notify us will result in your appointment at risk of being cancelled and you will lose your pre-payment.Please note, you can only reschedule to book the same treatment that you had booked originally. Should you want to make changes to your appointment, please email us. Additionally, you can only reschedule an appointment with the selected S&S Tech of your original appointment. Should you want to reschedule for a new date with another S&S Tech, you will need to email us.
No-shows: We give all clients a 10 minute free grace period. Should we not hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and classed as a no-show. Should this be the case, unfortunately you will be charged for the FULL service! In addition to this you could face being banned from using our services in the future. We are a small business, with a limited number of weekly appointments, and we must take into consideration the time of our staff and other clients.
Lateness: We appreciate a punctual arrival, should you be late, your appointment may be rescheduled and you may incur a late fee. We generally give clients a 5-10 minute grace period. A £5 late fee is chargeable after 10 minutes late, over 15 minutes late, you will incur a £10 late fee charge. If you are over 20 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled in order to meet the needs of those who are on time for their pre-reserved appointment. Please note, if you are late, we may not be able to complete the entire treatment. Thank you for your understanding.
Should you cancel your appointment: Your booking may be transferable (once) but non-refundable. Please choose your appointment time slot wisely.
Should we cancel your appointment: In the event that we cancel your booking, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone and offer you the choice of: refunding your pre-payment; or being rescheduled to an alternative date and time.
Deposits and payments: All treatments below £25 are required to be paid in full before the attendance of your appointment. Treatments over £25, a £20 pre-payments is required when booking your appointment. All pre-payments will go towards your desired treatment. The remaining balance is payable via card on the day of your appointment.
Refunds: Appointments are non-refundable however, they can be transferred once to a new appointment. Should you reschedule your appointment more than once, you would risk your appointment being cancelled. Should your appointment be cancelled but you would still like to book an appointment, you would be required to make a new booking.

To inform us of your arrival to your appointment, please text: 07383967775. Please do not text or call unless it's regarding your arrival to an appointment. Any rescheduled or cancelled appointments can be made online (via your booking confirmation email).
Discounts: We offer 10% discount to students on singular treatments and singular treatments + add ons over £30. This excludes combo treatments as discounts are already applied. Your student discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions. You must present a valid photo ID student card.
Loyalty scheme: As a way of saying thank you for your custom, we have introduced a loyalty scheme. After 5 visits, you will receive 15% off any treatment with us. After 10 visits, you will receive 30% off any treatment with us. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. Please note: keep your loyalty cards safe as if you lose your loyalty card with existing stamps we cannot guarantee a replacement.
Clients with special additional needs: If you have special needs or require additional assistance, we ask that you inform us of your requirements by email before you make a booking online. You can help us ensure we will be able to meet your needs by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance of the date and time of the appointment you wish to book.
It is your responsibility to check with your doctor/ medical practitioner about your suitability for our services and treatments. Please obtain written consent where necessary
Please note, unfortunately at this moment in time our studio building is not wheelchair access friendly.
Personal belongings: Personal belongings are brought onto the Studio premises at the client’s own risk. Sugared & Sprayed does not accept liability for any loss or damage to such items.
OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United Kingdom, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.
The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content and the Marks.
USER ELIGIBILITY
This Site is intended solely for Users who are at least 16 years of age or older, and any registration by, use of or access to the Site by anyone who is not at least 16 years of age is unauthorised, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms of Service. By using the Services or the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age or older, and that you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. If you violate any of these Terms of Service, or otherwise violate an agreement between you and us, or for any other reason, the Company may terminate your registration and any content or information that you have posted on the Site and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the Services or the Site (or any portion, aspect or feature of the Services or the Site), at any time in its sole discretion. You agree that the Company will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your membership, account, or use of or access to the Site or the Services.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Site may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Site, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively, “Contributions”).
Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Site and through third-party websites. As such, any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. When you create or make available any Contributions, you thereby represent and warrant that:
the creation, distribution, transmission, public display, or performance, and the accessing, downloading, or copying of your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party.
you are the creator and owner of or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use and to authorize us, the Site, and other users of the Site to use your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Site and these Terms and Conditions.
you have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in your Contributions to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Site and these Terms and Conditions.
your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.
your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation.
your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).
your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
your Contributions do not advocate the violent overthrow of any government or incite, encourage, or threaten physical harm against another.
your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
your Contributions do not contain any material that solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner.
your Contributions do not violate any federal or state law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors;
your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical or mental disabilities.
your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or any applicable law or regulation.
Any use of the Site in violation of the foregoing violates these Terms and Conditions and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Site.
THIRD PARTY LINKS/RESOURCES ON OUR SITE
Should our site contain links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for information purposes only.
Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Site or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Site, including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices, or other policies of or contained in the Third-Party Websites or the Third-Party Content.
How you use these links is at your own risk and discretion.
SUBMISSIONS
You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information regarding the Site (“Submissions”) provided by you to us are non-confidential and shall become our sole property. We shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
You hereby waive all moral rights to any such Submissions, and you hereby warrant that any such Submissions are original with you or that you have the right to submit such Submissions. You agree there shall be no recourse against us for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your Submissions.
MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Site at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Site during any downtime or discontinuance of the Site.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support the Site or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.

There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to the Site, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.

TERM AND TERMINATION
These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SITE OR DELETE [YOUR ACCOUNT AND] ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party.
In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
Visiting the Site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND OTHER RECORDS, AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES, AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED BY US OR VIA THE SITE. -
You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by any means other than electronic means.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and Conditions operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control.
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms and Conditions or use of the Site. You agree that these Terms and Conditions will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them.
You hereby waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of these Terms and Conditions and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute these Terms and Conditions.
